Nowa Coston
Nowa (Leper NYC) is a founding member of Get Rollin, and has directed the Get Rollin Resident Artist program since its inception in 2020. As the original Resident Artist, Nowa designed the organizationś logo, and was responsible for our early guerilla marketing campaigns, which served to introduce New York City to our efforts through the use of street art.
Today, Nowa continues to create designs for Get Rollin events and promotions, and he also oversees his fellow Resident Artists. Every two years, the board of Get Rollin seeks, nominates, vet, ratifies, and onboards a new Resident Artist.
Subawu Adventures
Franco (SubaWu Adventures) (2022-present)
Francisco (Franco) Herrerra is a New York City-based skater and artist. As a founding member of SubaWu Adventures, Franco has created a unique and highly respected collection of clothing, and his work can be seen on skaters in at least 4 different continents. Franco has designed the shirts for Operation Ohio, Mexico Tour, and the Puerto Rico tour.
Ana Teresa Rodriguez
(2024 - present)
Ana Teresa Rodríguez is a Puerto Rican illustrator and multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, New York. She works mostly with ink, watercolor, and acrylic, and is heavily inspired by the concept of magical realism. Through her practice, Ana looks to create ethereal scenes that can feel either nostalgic or tranquil, yet surreal.
Ana works with memory and nostalgia to create settings that are inspired by the vision of a decolonized world without occupied lands, where nature is preserved, and where women and femmes can live without fear.
Spookwackadoo
(2024-present)
Spook runs a blading YouTube channel where he explores all sides of blading, with the hopes of learning as much as possible about all things inline skating. He comes from a robust background of videography, photography, and graphic design. He also dabbles in web design and is typing this paragraph right now! Thanks for the support everyone!
