B.L.A.D.E.R. Certification

Yoga Sessions
Our group yoga programs are shared, large-scale yoga sessions designed to foster community, share energy, and influence well-being. It is our goal as bladers to be able to do this great sport for as long as possible, and through nurturing our bodies with interntional movement, we ensure our ability to blade far into the future.
Hydration Stations
Hydration is key to keeping your body healthy and limber. As well roll and perform tricks, its of utmost importance that we maintain a good level of hydration. That's why at multiple events thoughout the year we host a hydration station with water and ginger shots! Make sure to keep your eyes open for us at your next event!
